Hear firsthand from some of our community's finest young women who demonstrated the poise, personality, public speaking ability and scholastic achievement that set them apart for the honor of serving as a member of the Tournament of Roses Royal Court. The Royal Court is part of a beloved legacy, reigning over the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl Game.

In honor of #DiabetesAwarenessMonth, one of our favorite presenters, Julian Dillon, will be updating us on the fight against diabetes today. Dillon is the Director of Development for the American Diabetes Association. Their mission, to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes, is illustrated in everything we do. A life free of diabetes and all its burdens is the vision that guides the work of the American Diabetes Association.

12:30PM - Luis Cetina
Luis is a principal governmental and regional affairs representative for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD). In his capacity at MWD, Cetina promotes water policy among government, chambers of commerce, and economic partnerships. Today he serves as president of the San Gabriel Valley Public Affairs Network and vice chair of the San Gabriel Valley Legislative Coalition of Chambers.

Roll up your sleeves and know the pleasure of community service with the Pasadena Host Lions Club when we prepare and serve a home cooked dinner at Union Station Homeless Services for individuals and families going through hard times. . Whether you like to prep, cook, serve or clean-up, we can always use an extra pair of hands. Union Station is the San Gabriel Valley’s largest and most comprehensive social service agency assisting homeless and low-income people.
